The MF320V-1 Automatic Liquid Preparation & Sampling Control System consists of a stainless steel cabinet, 4 syringe pumps, 1 rotary ceramic pump, 1 stirred reaction kettle, etc., forming three coordinated working parts: acid preparation unit, stannous chloride sampling unit, and flushing unit. It is user-friendly in design, easy to operate, and features high precision and stability.
The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel with glass cabinet doors. Each section forms an independent chamber, ensuring long design life and corrosion resistance.
The system is controlled by a 10.1-inch tablet computer, with rich information display and programmable modes, enabling a friendly connection between machine language and users, and supporting easy-to-understand fully automatic operation. The system features strong compatibility, stability and flexible expandability, realizing intelligent and high-precision control.
The acid preparation unit is composed of 3 syringe pumps and 1 rotary ceramic pump (Pump 5), as shown in Figure 6.Pump 1 (draws nitric acid), Pump 2 (draws sulfuric acid), and Pump 5 (draws water) aspirate sulfuric acid, nitric acid and water in the proportions required by the customer, and inject them into the reaction kettle in proportion. The built-in stirrer of the reaction kettle stirs the injected solution evenly to prepare the compound acid required by the user.Pump 3 directly pumps the prepared compound acid from the reaction kettle into the mercury analyzer.
Syringe pumps feature extremely high delivery precision, flexible configuration, corrosion resistance, programmability, and ease of control and networking.Rotary ceramic pumps offer superior wear and corrosion resistance, stable operation without contamination, high delivery precision, low noise, energy saving, long service life, wide application scenarios, convenient installation and maintenance, strong performance adaptability, and flexible regulation.
Stannous chloride sampling is completed by 1 syringe pump. Pump 4 aspirates an appropriate amount of stannous chloride solution according to the user’s demand and injects it directly into the mercury analyzer.
The flushing unit consists of a pinch valve, 1 rotary ceramic pump (Pump 5) and a waste liquid barrel.
