High-precision micro fluid delivery lays a solid foundation for accurate analytical results, reduces sample and reagent consumption, and helps users save costs.
2. High Reliability & Long Service Life
Designed based on lubrication and friction-wear principles and validated through rigorous testing, the pump offers a trouble-free service life of up to 10 million cycles (with deionized water as the medium). Its long service life maximizes equipment uptime and reduces maintenance costs.
3. Suitable for Low-Temperature Environments
Fully verified under harsh test conditions, the pump can operate continuously and trouble-free for 5 million cycles at 0 °C without jamming.
4. Multiple Material Options
A wide selection of materials is available for pump heads (PMMA, PEEK, PTFE or others), plungers (ceramic, PEEK, sapphire) and seals (UHMWPE/Viton, FFKM, EPDM). Matching materials to different media solutions extends pump life and lowers maintenance costs.
5. Flexible Configuration Options
An optional flushing function supports long-life delivery of easily crystallizable or highly corrosive fluids. A high-resolution encoder can be fitted for real-time motor position monitoring. A matching controller is available to shorten the development cycle of integrated systems.
6. Customization Service
Customized plunger pump solutions can be provided to meet customers’ special requirements. 4-wire or 6-wire stepper motors are available upon request. Photoelectric sensors can be configured in 4-wire and 5-wire versions.
